4th Phase Payment of Subhadra Yojana:- The Subhadra Yojana has undergone some crucial updates. Recently, a major change in the scheme resulted in over 17,000 women opting out by filling out the self-declaration opt-out form. However, Odisha’s Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida has assured that those who mistakenly opted out will receive their pending payments in the last week of January, provided their KYC and field verification are successfully completed and their names appear in the provisional beneficiary list.

The 4th phase of Subhadra Yojana payments is expected to be released soon. While no official confirmation has been provided by the Deputy CM or Cabinet Minister, media reports suggest that the payment will be disbursed between January 25 and January 31, 2025.

Women Who Opted Out of the Scheme

The Deputy CM confirmed that 17,000 women opted out of the scheme, some unintentionally due to language barriers or confusion while filling out the form.

Good news! Women who mistakenly opted out will be reinstated in the 4th phase, provided:

  • Their name appears in the provisional beneficiary list.
  • Their e-KYC is successfully completed.

e-KYC Status & Deadline

A total of 31,000 women opted out of Subhadra Yojana, of which 17,000 have successfully re-enrolled. However, 14,000 women are yet to opt back in. These women are advised to complete the self-declaration OPT-IN form to become eligible for future payments.

Moreover, 2 lakh beneficiaries have pending e-KYC. Beneficiaries must complete their e-KYC and field verification before the last week of January to ensure payment in the 4th phase.

Subhadra Yojana OPT-IN Update

The Subhadra Yojana receives frequent updates, the latest being from December 13, 2024, which introduced the self-declaration opt-out form. This was primarily designed for ineligible beneficiaries who had been receiving payments.

However, due to the language barrier (English-only forms), many eligible women accidentally opted out of the scheme. Efforts are now being made to reinstate these beneficiaries in the upcoming phase.

How to Download the Subhadra Yojana Beneficiary List?

To check your beneficiary status, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the official website: https://subhadra.odisha.gov.in.
  2. On the homepage, click on the ‘Beneficiary List’ option.
  3. You will see two options: Provisional Beneficiary List & Approved Beneficiary List.
  4. Choose the ‘Approved Beneficiary List’.
  5. Select your District, Block, and GP/Ward, then click ‘View’.
  6. Two PDFs will be displayed: Rejected List & Approved List.
  7. Download the Approved List and search for your name.

If your name appears in the approved list, you will receive 4th phase payments.

Subhadra Yojana Opt-Out Solution

If you accidentally opted out of the Subhadra Yojana, follow these steps to get reinstated:

✔️ Opt-Out Solution: If your application is marked under process or rejected, complete the OPT-IN form to regain eligibility.

🔴 When will it be approved? Beneficiaries who submit the OPT-IN request before the January deadline will be included in the next payment phase.
